WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is intentional development focused on achieving goals, outcomes, refinement, and strengthening aspects of an individual’s life or skills. Through coaching with Annie Byrne and the Sycamore Group a person is able to unlock their potential and gain keys to maximize their personal growth and success. Coaching is different than counseling in that it is focused with a specific direction or target in mind addressing key areas in an individual life. Each session consists of the client and coach discussing current goals, previous step backs, and exploring action steps to move beyond.

WHAT WILL I GET OUT OF COACHING?

You will gain strategy, direction, breakthrough, and practical steps that will lead to lasting hope and change in your life. In addition, your coaching journey can be tailored to addressing specific needs and outcomes.

What should I expect after I sign up?

Shortly after you sign up you will receive an automated email with your receipt information. In addition, you will receive a welcome email from us! In there you will find next steps and how to schedule your first session!

How do I schedule my sessions?

When you purchase your package, you will be sent an email with a unique code and a link to our scheduling page. Please refer to this email and link to schedule each session.

How often are my sessions?

You will have two 45 minute sessions per month for the duration of your package. We schedule your sessions to be on the first and third week or the second and fourth week of the month.

What if I need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule your coaching session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. You can do this by emailing our Administrative Team at info@sycamoregroupnow.com or rescheduling via the appointment reminder you received.

If you need to reschedule your coaching session within the 24 hours before your scheduled session please email info@sycamoregroupnow.com. This could result in the loss of your session or a canceling/rescheduling fee.

Does my package/sessions expire?

You will receive 2 sessions per month for the duration of the package you purchased. You will either be on the first and third week or second and fourth week of the schedule. (Please refer to rescheduling your session question for more information on rescheduling.) Once your package time is complete your session is now considered fulfilled and expired.

Is this an in-person session or over the phone?

Coaching with Annie is done primarily over the phone. Upon request, Annie can meet in person or facetime/video chat.

Billing questions?

Monthly Subscription: Once you have decided on a monthly subscription package and have paid for it via monthly installments (subscription model), you will be charged the first payment immediately. This payment begins the monthly charge cycle and will charge on the same day of each month.

 One Time Payment: Once you have decided which package you will be charged on payment for the according package.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

There are no cancelations of subscriptions. If you need to change your payment method or subscription, please send our Support Team an email at info@sycamoregroupnow.com.

Can I transfer my package or session to another person?

Unfortunately no, your package/sessions are nontransferable.

Will my prepaid package auto renew?

No, once your package is over you will need to purchase a new package. For help or questions please email our Support Team at info@sycamoregroupnow.com.
